I found this spot when I just randomly saw it as a Pokestop in Pokemon Go but we love chicken so we had to check it out! First, service is great. The lady behind the counter made us feel at home. She's funny but also informative with everything on the menu. Next, the food is amazing! The chicken is juicy and have so much flavor. We got chicken tenders and thigh and leg meat and both were amazing. We don't have a Halal diet, but happy to see more options for those that do. We just love supporting small local business and Chicken Factory does everything fantastic!

I had a few people highly recommend this establishment and decided to try. I placed an order online to pick up-ordering was easy and clear. I arrived early and was promptly greeted by a courteous young lady. Staff was polite and nice to work with. My family DEVOURED this. The chicken does not require any additional sauce-it has an incredible flavor. I am adding Chicken Factory into my regular rotation for ordering. Exceptional.

First time here!!! Oh my gawd!! I got the spicy chicken and fries!! The home made sauce was ..completely satisfied!! I also tried the taffy grapes!! So yummy!! I will be going back!!! And definitely will highly recommend friends and family!! Place was super clean and service was amazing!!! Definitely should check out this place!!!

Amazing fried chicken. Extremely tender and juicy with a crispy breading. Philly cheesesteak is one of the best in town as well. Everything is made fresh and excellent.

First time visiting but won't be my last! Worth the 32 mile trip. Greeted immediately by Jasmine who happily helped me pick out some items. Had the half chicken meal and chicken sandwich. Juicy, crispy, flavorful and not greasy. Doesn't need sauce but, the hot honey was awesome. It's Halal and the quality shows, for those not familiar with the term, look it up. First time I had Halal was when we lived in NV. It's a big difference and usually more expensive but, their pricing is reasonable. Adam, who I think may be the manager/owner was charming and engaging. Genuinely cared that I was happy with the food. Having happy, smiling staff made the experience a plus. Extensive menu and look forward to trying more. Don't hesitate to try them, you'll be glad you did!

This was my first time trying Chicken Factory, and I have to say it’s absolutely fire! I originally went because they serve all halal chicken, and my best friend insisted I give it a shot. I’m so glad I did. The food is amazing, and you can really taste the quality. What made the experience even better was the owner super welcoming and genuinely kind. His employees are also incredibly polite and professional. The restaurant itself is very clean, which just adds to the positive vibe. I highly recommend checking this place out. Not only is the food worth it, but the owner truly deserves the business. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you again

We came in at about 11pm. First time ever here, traveling from Wisconsin. Came with 3 kids me and my Fiance. The food was AMAZING. The catfish and chicken just MELT in your mouth. Their hot sauce is FIRE and the owner and his children were we all very polite welcoming and joked and played with us. If the food wasn’t already enough of a reason, the family will definitely make us return again.
